I understand that my testimonial may be edited or modified at the discretion of Follow Him Media, Inc.
In consideration for being featured by Follow Him Media, Inc., I hereby waive any and all claims I may have against Follow Him Media, Inc. and its affiliates, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, and infringement of any intellectual property rights.
I represent and warrant that I am the sole owner of all rights in and to the video testimonial and have the right to grant the rights granted herein. I further represent and warrant that the video testimonial does not contain any material that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive or violative of the rights of any third party.
